The South African Government has passed new rules for restaurants, instating an alcohol sales curfew , and capping guests to a maximum of 50, in an effort to stop the spread of the coronavirus.
Fleisherei Bistro will fully co-operate in this regard and have implemented the following changes to our trading hours and standard operating procedures, effective immediately.
Until further notice NO Alcohol will be sold after 18:00 on Mondays through to Saturdays, and 13:00 on Sundays and Public Holidays.
The Bistro will be limiting the maximum number of people allowed at any given time to 50 people.
Our private venue is also available for bookings, subject to the relevant government restrictions.
Hand Sanitizer has been made available at the entrance of the Bistro.
Wipes will be handed out to all customers to keep their hands clean.
We have removed all cutlery from the table to prevent unnecessary exposure to the virus. Cutlery is hygienically washed in our kitchen and stored. Cutlery will be brought out with your meal.
We have ramped up our cleaning schedules and re-enforced the importance of good hygiene practices to all staff to protect their and your health.
We are regularly sanitizing frequently used customer touch points such as counters, card machine number pads, tables, cutlery and crockery and door handles.
Our delivery drivers have been issued with hand sanitizer that has to be used before and after all deliveries.
Our Sunday Buffets have been cancelled until further notice.
